Little SPEARS, 17, and her fiance CASEY ALDRIDGE, 19, had a baby girl via C-Section, named MADDIE BRIANN, on Thursday morning, at the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Miss. just after 9:30am (…has premonition of grandma SPEARS pimping the baby out and the whole cycle of train-wreckery and under-age debauchery repeating itself…).
“Just the family was there,” says a source about the birth around 9:30 a.m. at a hospital in Mississippi, near her Louisiana hometown. “Everyone is healthy and happy.”
